On Friday and Saturday nights at Cafe Josie we serve a Weekend Feature, a specially curated dish that is an additional item to our classic Experience dinner menu.
Chef Todd Havers uses the Weekend Feature as an opportunity to use interesting proteins and ingredients in an inventive and delicious way. Our features have ranged from mushroom tartare with a fried quail egg, to oxtail sugo with white truffle arancini, to gulf red snapper crudo on housemade tostadas.
